SGEN Forms: Build the form. Capture the lead. Route it anywhere.

SGEN Forms owns every step from the field a visitor types in to the lead in your inbox. Build in a code editor, a visual canvas, or a multi-step Step Form, protect it with a built-in reCAPTCHA toggle, and manage every form from one screen, included on every plan with no per-form license.

Each entry lands in a searchable inbox that tags its traffic source, Direct, Google Ads, Google Organic, Referral, Social, and even detects ChatGPT referrals. Open a lead to read its full session journey, chart leads by source, export a filtered slice to CSV, and route each form's submissions to Slack, Airtable, or any webhook.

The whole lifecycle, native

From the field a visitor types in, to the lead in your inbox.

The Forms module owns six jobs in one place: build, protect, receive, report, export, and connect. No forms plugin to license, no spam service to subscribe to, no connector tier just to move a lead from the page to your tools.

Three ways to build

A Custom HTML code editor, a visual Canvas builder, and a multi-step Step Form, switch the template and the editor re-renders. One builder, three modes, not one rigid form.

Native reCAPTCHA

An enabled-reCAPTCHA toggle lives in Mail Settings. Turn it on and the forms you add later are covered automatically, with a per-form override when you need one. Spam protection is part of the module, not a separate subscription you renew.

A searchable leads inbox

Every submission lands in a built-in inbox you can filter by form, source, date, and status, search, bulk-action, and trash or restore. The lead data behind your numbers stops being a black box.

CSV and ZIP export

Export any filtered slice of entries, your fields plus the session columns, including a session-data-aware export. Forms themselves export to JSON, templates, mail, and destinations, and import back.

Lead reports, built in

A leads-by-source doughnut and a leads-over-time line, native to the module. You see which channel produces submissions without a separate analytics tool.

Reuse by shortcode

Each form carries a Err: Form not found! shortcode you drop on any page. Build the form once, place it anywhere, update it in one spot.

The stack it replaces

One module. The whole form stack, in the box.

SGEN Forms ships the builder, the spam gate, the inbox, the reports, and the integrations as one native module. Each of those is a separate product you would otherwise buy, license, and keep updated, a builder, a spam service, a connector add-on, each with its own renewal and maintainer. Here it is one module, included, with one place to manage it.

Three ways to build

A code editor, a visual canvas, and multi-step forms, in one builder.

SGEN's form builder gives you a settings panel beside a live preview. Set the title, choose the template, fill in the mail pipeline, and watch the public form render as you go. Switch the template and the editor changes mode with it.

Every lead, sourced

A searchable leads inbox that knows where each lead came from.

SGEN Forms lands every submission in a built-in inbox, filterable by form, source, and date range, and searchable in place. Each lead is tagged with its real traffic source, with automatic Google Ads detection and automatic ChatGPT detection, so the channel behind every lead is recorded for you, no manual tagging.

One inbox. Every lead, with its source and the page it came from.

Attribution-grade, per lead

Open one lead and see the whole path to your form.

Each submission opens to its own detail page. The submitted values sit beside a session journey, the landing page, referrer, UTMs, and source, and a page-view timeline that records time-on-page and scroll depth for every page the visitor touched before they converted. This is the attribution depth a contact form never gives you, paired with the Attribution module.

Understand your lead flow

Which channel actually converts, charted where you build.

SGEN Forms reports leads by source and over time without a separate analytics tool. Filter by form, status, and date range, and read a leads-by-source doughnut and a leads-over-time line, native to the module.

Routed, per form

Send every submission to Slack, Airtable, or any webhook.

Each form has its own Integrations panel that fans submissions out to one or more destinations. Destinations receive entries in order, and you can stop after the first success so a primary destination has downstream failover. No global connector subscription, configured per form.

Three live providers, Slack, Airtable, and any webhook, plus Google Sheet on the way. Each form routes on its own page, so a demo request and a newsletter signup go to different destinations.

Map every field

Per-field mapping that carries full session data into the payload.

SGEN maps each form field to a destination, and a shortcode guide lets you enrich the payload with full session, UTM, and page-timeline data. Set the endpoint, order the destination, and run a one-time Connection Test to verify the endpoint is reachable before you go live.

Questions

Frequently asked questions about Forms

Does SGEN Forms include spam protection? +
Yes, native reCAPTCHA through an enabled-reCAPTCHA toggle in Mail Settings. Connect your keys once and the forms you add later are covered, with a per-form override. Spam protection is part of the module, with no separate subscription to keep.
Can I route a submission to Slack, Airtable, or a webhook? +
Yes. Each form has its own Integrations panel with Slack, Airtable, and any webhook as live providers, plus Google Sheet coming soon. Destinations fire in order with per-field merge-tag mapping and a stop-after-first-success rule. Integrations are configured per form, not in a global hub, so each form can route to different destinations.
What data travels with each lead? +
Each entry carries its traffic source (Direct, Google Ads, Google Organic, Referral, Social, plus ChatGPT detection) and a per-lead session journey: landing page, referrer, UTMs, and a page-view timeline with time-on-page and scroll depth for every page the visitor touched.
Can I export form submissions? +
Yes. Export any filtered slice of entries to CSV or ZIP, your fields plus the session columns, including a session-data-aware export. Forms themselves export to JSON (templates, mail, metas, and destinations) and import back, so your forms and leads are portable.
Does SGEN support multi-step forms? +
Yes. Switch the template to Step Form to split a long survey or application across steps. Custom HTML and Canvas are the other two build modes, so you pick the right one per form.
What does the Connection Test actually do? +
It sends a one-time probe to verify a destination is reachable before you go live. Treat it as setup verification, not a repeating health check, because each probe sends a real message to the destination. It confirms the endpoint responds, the live delivery then happens on every submission.
