Can I move my existing site over?
Moving onto SGEN is a rebuild, not an import. There is no importer that lifts an existing site over as-is, which also means you do not drag a brittle stack of add-ons along with you. Two paths exist: a white-glove rebuild, where we rebuild your site on SGEN, or a DIY rebuild, where you build it yourself on the SG Builder starting from a finished template instead of a blank page. Do I need to code?
No. The SG Builder is visual drag-and-drop, the same self-serve feeling a rented builder gave you, and templates let you start from a finished layout instead of a blank canvas. Custom Fonts bring your brand typeface, and Custom Codes are there if you ever want to drop in a snippet, but most small businesses never open it.
What happens if I cancel?
Billing is prorated if you cancel, and your content stays yours. Yes. There are three built-in roles. Administrators run the platform, including settings and billing. Editors author and edit content but cannot reach settings or billing. Customers stay on the storefront with no admin access. As a one-owner business you may never need more than the Administrator, but if you bring someone in to help with content, an Editor seat lets them work without touching billing.
